I am terribly upset by this company. They started off very responsive and helpful. The overlay installation has not been done properly and now they won’t even return my calls. None of them. The sales lady Mel, the measuring guy David and the factory guy Michael. I paid the full payment as agreed in good faith before the installation and now they won’t even come back to look at it. I am left in a very stressful situation with electrician, plumber and tiler waiting to resolve it. Awful situation and they won’t even discuss it or come and look at it again. Stay away from this business.

Mel helped us all the way from the beginning to the installation of the stone bench. Michael in the stone warehouse was very kind to show us different types of stones. David was meticulous in doing the measurements of our kitchen top. Chen was so careful in removing our old stone bench without damaging our glass splashback. The cost is very reasonable. Overall, we are very pleased with the outcome except that the installation could have been done a week earlier!!!

Mel and the team did such a great job throughout the process - from advising us from the start, making recommendations about what stone is suitable for us, measurements, providing advice on sink and stove measurements.The installation was done well and professionally as well in half a day's work. Price was really reasonable as well

Highly recommend. This is the 2nd time I’ve used them for benches and both times the experience has been excellent. Communication all through the process is wonderful, extreme attention to detail in measuring up and advising my builder on minor adjustments to get things perfect, delivered on time, cleaned up meticulously after install and the actual Benchtops are gorgeous - and fit and finish is perfect. I’m a very happy customer, thank you Mel and Michael!

Although these guys are affordable they provide excellent workmanship. They installed a beautiful porcelain kitchen bench in my apartment and it looks a thousand times better. Mel, in the office, and all the trades were so friendly, providing options/advice. Really smooth process. Install took less than a fortnight from start to completion. Recommend without hesitation.

The entire team at Polygramm have been wonderful from start to finish. In the showroom Mel was extremely polite and helpful in supporting all of the decision making and provided excellent and timely ongoing communication throughout, including follow up after installation.
David then attended to complete the measure, his attention to detail was second to none. He even corrected a mistake the cabinet maker had made by completing an extremely thorough measure and providing an easy to understand explanation every step of the way.
The installers have done an excellent job and the cuts are nearly impossible to spot.

Had these guys install stone bench top 20mm - natural white - for our rear bench and pantry. They were efficient, friendly and easy to deal with and the end result is fantastic. We chose not to have our cook too installed yet, hence the whole in our stone (our choice).
Our only comment, is it would be super helpful if they had small samples of the stone when coming to measure to visualise.

The team at Polygramm are wonderful to deal with.
This is our second time dealing with them. First time was a full kitchen installation which we had measured and fitted. On this occasion it was a single bench top for the laundry so I measured and fitted it myself. Mel was so helpful and patient and also gave great advice resulting in one some logical changes to my approach.
The benchtop was ready in 3 days and I just picked it up from the factory and installed it on the same day and it fitted perfectly.
It was a great experience.
If you are considering a stone benchtop for your kitchen, laundry, bathroom or any where else in your house I highly recommend using Polygramm.

Can’t fault the team at Cheapest Stone Benchtops | Polygramm and we are loving our new benchtops! Right from our first contact, Mel was super responsive and helpful and even though we are located miles away from Melbourne, the team were happy to travel. It was a pleasure to meet David who answered all our questions while pulling together the measurements, and then lead his team of stonemasons on the install. We looked at a few stone companies prior to choosing Polygramm. The entire process was seamless and easy. Mel honoured a previous quote from last year and even with changing the stone choice. Mel was so friendly and helpful. We had David and his team perform the installation and from the minute we met David he was super friendly and knowledgeable answering many questions and making some great suggestions. His installation team were super efficient and tidy. The whole installation process took around 2 hours and they cleaned up after themselves! David even called to check that we were happy with everything. Overall we can most definitely recommend the whole team at Polygramm and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. ( The stone we used was called Valentino)
