Last week I purchased at Fairfield Vic Reece one 500 ml bottle of Fernox F1 Central Heating Protector. Amazed to be charged $99. Got home and checked Amazon. $44.98 including Prime free delivery. The price Reece charged was an absolute rip-off. Very disappointed. They get one star for having stock in one store. But not at 3 stores that are closer to me.

Don’t stuff around in the plumbing aisle at Bunnings inevitably buying rubbish that doesn’t fit. The Reece team here is great - great advice and they won’t ridicule you for not being a tradie/expert. Thanks guys

The team here are always friendly in greeting customers upon arrival whilst demonstrating a high level attention accommodating any inquiries that are thrown there way. BTW - the piping connector for my Sani Pump worked perfectly!! Huge gratitude of appreciation

Like a previous review, I have been so impressed and grateful for the help Niamh and Vanessa have provided me throughout the purchase of products for my bathroom - which has all had to be done via email and phone due to COVID. Niamh took the time to provide different options for particular showers which has meant I've been able to get started on repair works for a water damaged bathroom much sooner than expected. The level of care and support that is provided when dealing with customers is next level and I couldn't recommend this team/store highly enough. Thank you.

I have been absolutely blown away by the service provided by Vanessa and Niamh in the show room. Their knowledge is amazing and they understand the pain that goes into making the right decision on fittings. They gave us options and helped us through the entire process. Also amazing communication. Would HIGHLY recommend these two.
