Really bad service here, (Non responsive) they have done many projects for larger business which we as a company affiliate and partner with that will now not be using them due to the way they have a no care attitude towards wanting to supply there own products.
Showroom gives you a price and then we got another price via email with complete different prices on the same plans.
Take your business elsewhere and steering clear of these crooks!
TO THE OWNERS: JUST REMEMBER WHO KNOWS WHO IN THE TRADES MAKES A DIFFERENCE TO YOUR BUSINESS SUCCESS! We will be taking aim with every company we cross paths to ruin your business ?

Chaz was really helpful in getting our laundry bench top sorted! I had a challenging time constraint and Chaz was really helpful in allowing my to achieve this. We have no hesitation in recommending Bench Top City. We have purchased Bench Tops through Bench Top City for many years. Their staff and products are amazing. We have 100's of customers who are happy with their bench tops. If there are any issues with anything (lets be real, we all have them from time to time) they are always sorted as soon as possible.

Just wanted to say thanks you the team at BTC for going the extra mile and helping us with our new office desks/benches. They look fabulous and they fit perfectly!!! Michelle and Mel went over and above. Highly recommend these guys if you need any type of bench top. Ashton

Called and they told me they could supply a laminate colour and when we got there to drop off template they told us colour discontinued. Told to leave template there and given samples of similar laminates to show client . Confirmed colour choice with client over Christmas break period but told template has now been thrown out as they did not hear from us. Did not bother to call us however. Obviously would not recommend this “business”

Friendly staff helpful I was taken there by the guy that was going to do my kitchen ..he told me lies that's were am getting my kitchen made so he made me pick colors ECt ..few weeks later I rang bench top I had a question ..to my surprise nothing was ordered from there ..I was shocked coz the guy that was going to do my kitchen Mario ..wasn't even going to purchase or order from there I given him deposit $5000 ..after that got my deposit back from him very slow $3000 plus he still needs to give me $1000 back lost $1000 .WASN'T BENCH TOP FAULT AT ALL !!! so I got a new kitchen guy and I sent him there to order what he needed from bench top ...thank god I made that call ..good knows what kind of kitchen I would have ended up with from the first guy ...am so happy with the 2 nd guy did a fantastic job ..:)

Lady was very helpful really appreciated her support in design. Quality of product appalling. Worn and tatty in under a year. No interest in complaint it’s pointless. Would never recommend.

Product fails and they do nothing but say they don't understand why. No repairs. No replacement. No service. No communication. So off to consumer affairs and ACCC to claim our consumer rights. Be warned Stay Away from these people. Bad news.
