I had the misfortune of dealing with Philip, the most obnoxious and rude individual I've ever encountered in the world of online shopping. Not only did he wrongly advertise the product count, but he managed to package his attitude problem with it as well. Despite being nothing less than polite with him, his defence mechanism to when pointing out that the count is incorrect was to literally SCREAM!!! He seamlessly managed to achieve the perfect trifecta of false advertising, obnoxiousness, and rudeness. My only hope is that he either has a miraculous change of heart and approach, or find a new career path that doesn't involve interacting with other human beings. Zero stars.

After only 3 months, our island top bench has two cracks at the corners of cooking top. It is so bizzare, only poor quality could explain this, as island cooking top is the second we have, we cook most on a one with rangehood and seldomly cook on island. And the cracks are growing day by day. So far I have communicated the issues with signature stone, they say they will contact their stone supplier. We bought the stone from them, not other supplier. Unacceptable!

Signature stone benchtop quoted us way cheaper than anyone else. They also didn't charge us extra for carrying the big slabs upstairs which wasn't easy and scary to watch. The installers were very careful and didn't damage the stairs or walls at all. Always very friendly. The stone is clearly genuine. I'm mentioning this as other quotes mentioned genuine which I thought it should be a matter of fact. The joints are perfect and overall the benchtop looks amazing. I would however recommend to protect the floor as I did find spots of glue and marks after which are sorted. It may be unavoidable, hence covering the floor prior. The communication with Quinn was excellent and I will come back for another project. Highly recommended! This benchtop is Essastone grigio pezzato gloss. The picture doesn't do it justice due to reflection and wrong light. Thank you
