Even though the issue was not totally fixed, James was helpful. He took time to call and go through a few things then sent an email as a follow up. We identified the issue was with my ISP rather than the booster.

Very bad quality service and a fraudulent company. Cannot cut standard downlight holes (sealant was used to hide dodgy work on 5 downlights) , bathroom fan fell, missing plates behind light and plug switches (cost cutting) and switch screws only JUST holding onto the stud (came loose), Not following contract agreement and installing switches behind doors, producing FAKE reports to prove their case. Office was not helpful with my concerns either.

I purchased a theatre system package and I am extremely impressed with it. Stephen and Sam came and installed my system, showed me how to use it. They were great and extremely friendly. I had a couple of troubleshooting problems I couldn’t figure out, so I called and spoke to James. He was super helpful and helped me step by step with it all. Highly recommend these guys!
