Sadly it was a camera they weren't familiar with and ended up requiring a subscription. The owner and I discussed the issue together as my grandmother was overwhelmed. The owner was professional and respectful. We came to a reasonable solution and it was executed in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend Rex and his team in the future.
