If i can give indefinite negative point, I would do so. Dumbest system and process ever. This is Australia, work smarter and be more responsible. We pay you money and you guys do the worst service ever in my life.
A previous tenant lodged a disconnection and then I moved in days before that date and completed connection process. Days later the service got disconnected and I asked why, here is the answer "oh the previous tenant lodged a disconnection". Such a dumb process for such an easy task. Worse than a high school club getting registration from new members. Cant believe this is how our "Australian" company works.
Someone should hire more helpful and more responsible staff ? disgusting.
Keep putting their prices up and saying they're competitive when we have no other choice because they're embedded. ACCC should ban the practice.
*so according to Active’s response below I can activate another supplier on the Active Utilities embedded network in my building. Let’s take their word for it and I will try. Stay tuned for the results*

Hopeless company
Receive email from a "noreply" email about price increases
Electricity prices still going up and they do nothing to reduce their corporate costs
The consumer has become the fool as every body justs expects us to pay pay and pay

Had issues with receiving emails and when I contacted them they were quick, efficient and dealt with my issues within a day and resolved quickly.
