After my initial consultation with Natalie and Belinda, I had complete faith that Highly Sprung would do an exceptional job at reupholstering my antique chaise/bench, but my expectations were exceeded upon seeing the completed job. It's been masterfully reupholstered and the fabric choice, which they expertly helped me select, is both elegant and timeless.
Fantastic refurbishment of our 4 seater couch, we couldn't be happier! From start to finish Natalie was so helpful.
Not only was she patient, she gave us updates, sent through photos, helped with fabric choices and set up delivery and pick up. The couch looks brand new again. Thank you so much, we are truly appreciative.

I highly recommend HSF. Natalie was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and patient. She has a great eye for design and delightful to work with. The range of fabrics at HSF is fantastic. I was very fussy and particular about what I wanted in terms of fabric to reupholster a sofa. Natalie completely understood and suggested a range of great fabric options. She was able to source a particular Pierre Frey velvet, which was ultimately what I selected. The finished upholstery work was exceptional. I will definitely return to Natalie and HSF for future upholstery and custom pieces.

I had a long seat cushion made for a bench area and l’m so glad l chose to have it custom made at Highly Sprung rather than cobble together cushions from Etsy or store bought options.
I now have a unique piece that fits the area like a glove, is comfortable and durable and blends perfectly with my home.
I appreciate how invested Natalie was in my project and her expert advice on cushioning and finish. The patience and care supporting fabric choice was also much appreciated. l thought the price was reasonable for quality craftsmanship and lovely fabric.
Very happy with the experience and would certainly use them again and recommend custom upholstery and Highly Sprung to friends.

We engaged Highly Sprung when we wanted new drapes for our windows. Natalie was very patient while we chose fabric and very kindly attended our home several times. She listened to what we wanted and made suggestions that helped us to the right choice. The drapes and sheers are just what we wanted and we are thrilled. Highly recommend Highly Sprung.
