Shocking behaviour. It appears he told Australian Financial Consumer Affairs (AFCA) that I had a mental illness to avoid his responsibility. They rang me about my "mental Health... And 5 fire damaged units still not rectified 9 months after a fire when power was available on the site. Using no power as an excuse! I forwarded his revolting email to AFCA and now they also appear to have ditched me. Never ever consider them. These units are still empty. Only difference is a plywood wall on one. The other wall still about to topple

Worst company and worst people EVER. Got all the pictures, videos provided still turn around and shut me down. Phillip dolman is the guy who came and see all the problems but still lie about the report. The worst!

CHU must be happy to have these people in their back pocket. Love to write reports to find loops holes as to why insurance shouldn't be paid out. Even with multiple reports written.

Had an assessor come inspect a kitchen due to a flood caused by the hot water unit. The assessor didn't even complete his job correctly. He didn't even take moisture readings in the kitchen cupboards or kickboards. Stay well clear of this company!
