Mary called the day after to go through everything with me. (Including the additional services/add ons from on the day.) She was incredibly helpful and patient.
I think I've found my new 'go-to' cleaning agency!!
I have had to go through a few different teams at Calibre Cleaning, because of my own shifting work schedule and moving houses. But my new team Andrea has been Fantastic! 10/10 highly recommend! They are responsive, high attention to cleaning detail, and also just really nice people. My house looks brand new after they have attended to my cleaning booking! The company itself if always very responsive to phone/email too, which is great.

I hired Calibre Cleaning for a one-off deep clean, and the results were outstanding. Daniel tackled every corner of my home with care and attention to detail, leaving everything spotless and fresh. I was really impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. If you're looking for a thorough deep clean, I highly recommend Daniel from Calibre Cleaning.

After having engaged with 4 previous companies over 2 years for domestic cleaning services, all with which I was extremely dissatisfied, I recently came across Calibre Cleaning.
The team at Calibre Cleaning are obviously very different. They take time and care to follow up on all matters, and pay special attention to bookings and customers' needs. Above all else, they are very friendly, delightful and extremely professional.
The other superstars of Calibre Cleaning are, of course, the hard working people who actually provide the cleaning services. I was assigned Daniel and was incredibly impressed. He is friendly, warm, attentive and professional, and didn't leave until our home was meticulously cleaned to perfection. After Daniel had left, I concluded he is the best person to ever have cleaned our home. He provided an amazing and exceptional job unlike anyone before him. His service was incomparable and a cut above the the rest.
I'm truly blown away and wouldn't look passed this company for cleaning services ?✔?

Do not recommend, Avoid at all cost.
Calibre cleaning is an agent that hire subcontractors to clean. They have no quality assurance and control.
Paid $462 for a move in clean and the cleaners barely did anything more than surface cleaning. We are well aware of what is included in our package but this was disappointedly not delivered. So many missed areas and visible and obvious grime still left in Kitchen between cabinets and also toilets.
They even wanted to charge an additional $120 citing that my windows are “big” (I live in an average 2 br 2 bath apartment, with windows no more than usual) and that they had to work incredibly hard to clean the apartment. I was left with no choice and expected an incredibly clean apartment and only found out later through another agent that the cleaners actually wanted $120 because they had spent additional time cleaning the outside windows (without my consent and this was not part of the package. I did not ask for this as anything outside was an add on paid service).
Please be warned - see photos. Their good reviews are very likely from houses that have already been cleaned and minimal work is needed.
Avoid them at all cost, I am $462 out of pocket and have to reclean the house.
