Beware!! My dad engaged Cleaning Melbourne Services Pty Ltd on my behalf (as I had to head overseas) to do an exit clean at my apartment. They charged him $495 for 2 cleaners, who (apparently) spent almost 3hrs cleaning...yet when the agent insepcted it, the tiled floors were left dirty, walls were left dirty (and with things like blu-tack still stuck to them), marble bench tops were still dusty, window sills and screens and glass door frames were dirty, mirrors had smears dripping down the tops, kitchen cupboards and pigeon holes were dusty, oven was still dirty and surround of dishwasher was grimy. Laundry tub wasn't even washed out, left it rimmed with grease from oven racks. Absolutely do not recommend. Dad tried contacting them for refund, but zero response ?The agent paid another cleaner to spend 2hrs cleaning it to standard, and deducted that from my bond. Very disappointing. Do not use these cowboys!
