Extremely poor customer service. They seem to exist just to funnel money from members into their accounts. Zero support for actual industry professionals. It's just a big scam essentially. Steer clear.
Just a waste of time and money. Events have a dwindling attendance and the FPAA is desperately trying to justify its need to exist.
