An absolute sham, the so called state manager is a joke (Dan) he’s an idiot. Trent and Nigel are amazing and really should be running the branch. From a customers point of view Dan is disorganised, rude and has zero knowledge base, no customer service skills and the turn over of staff is the worst I’ve seen. It’s like watching a bad D grade movie play out. The brand new account manager spoke to me like an arrogant know it all. Only reason I come here is because I have to as a customer. Otherwise worst company I’ve dealt with.

Extremely helpful staff. Bit hard to find to start off with, entrance is located in lane way beside Euro Window Co.
