Gave them the job to install Panasonic 16kW Ducted Reverse Cycle split system Nanoe-X tech unit. The crew is good but Sam the apprentice. Sam did an awful job. Had to get another Aircon technician and they were able to identify several issues in his workmanship. Mind you, these guys WON’T provide you with Certificate of Electrical works installed/completed either because the apprentice Sam does the job, however, he is not proficient and authorised to issue a certificate. By law in the State of Victoria all major electrical works installed and completed are required to issue a certificate. For all the reviews who have given a wonderful rating, I would like to ask them if they were issued a certificate from a qualified electrician. Word of advice: Choose at your own risk.

Tim , Anthony and Sam been so upfront and spontaneous, punctual, and meticulously based on their work , i am in the middle of set up the new shop. The boys actually been installed and cleaned up after the installation which does surprised me! Some of my other trademan especially after drill the plaster wall they never sweep up. They even sweep up the dust off and clean up. Extreme happy with their work! Keep your work up guys and thanks for coming in to install air conditioner.

Luke provided sound advice that allowed us to pick the heating and cooling option that suited our needs perfectly. This is a seasoned review. I have installed actron reverse cycle through Luke and his team in February 2023.The installation service was emaculate. Every queries were responded to in a professional fashion. Everything was done on time. Could not have asked for more. Today there was a slight issue with one of the duct. A tech was here within couple of hours of the phone call. It is a five star service. I wish them all the best.

Came across these guys after a couple of quotes from other companies. Luke was very easy going, upfront and honest. Where the other companies were pushing Midea or Daikin, Luke just gave the information and helped me decide from there.
Throughout the whole process they were nothing short of fantastic. From the quotation phase they were understanding and patient and during the installation, they were easy going and professional.
Everything was done very well and the house was left spotless before they left.
Would recommend these guys to anyone.

We recently replaced our ducted gas heating system with a ducted 10 kW Fujitsu split system (AC/heating). From the outset Luke and the team were great. The quotation process was easy, and was updated as required when my circumstances changed with no hassles. They handled any government rebate for the gas system decommissioning. Their guidance with system size was spot on and the pricing competitive. They arrived when they said they would, were able to trouble shoot any issues on the spot, and returned promptly when there was an issue with a supplier giving a slightly wrong controller system. All staff were polite, cleaned up, and most importantly did an excellent job. We're very happy with the system which arrived just before a heat wave - best decision we've made! We originally looked at some of the mobs who have surfaced to take advantage of the government rebates in effect at the moment - be careful of lower quality/cheap units using subcontractors for maybe only a few hundred dollars cheaper. For piece of mind and future service (or warranty issues), I highly recommend this company.

I was fortunate enough to call for a quote after getting a very high quote from another company. Luke was very helpful and provided me with a quote that was substantially less for the same job so I jumped at the opportunity to have his team get to work. The installation was done with great care and looks great, customer service was excellent and the workers cleaned up after themselves. Thank you and I will be back :)
