The consultant, Danny, provided excellent support, and their customer care team was very helpful with the solar rebate and loan process. Even after the installation, they followed up to ensure everything was working well. Such a nice company!

We have just changed our gas ducted heating to electric ducted heating and cooling with Do Solar, maximising the use of our solar panels. I spoke to Ryan back on 23rd March who was informative, very helpful, patient and who answered my many questions! We received a quote... but then had to wait several weeks before a consultant came out to view our property and our specific needs. We ended up needing a second consultant to come out (the first one had gone on leave?) and then we had to wait for the quote to be refined. However we love our ducted heating - Do Solar and our installation team (headed by Carlos) did an excellent, awesome job! But just allow time for the process to occur, and anticipate that you will not have heating perhaps for a night! Many thanks to all involved for a great result.

The Alpha ESS battery with a Smiles5 invertor is a dream system.The app installed on my phone allows me to view Battery charge, Solar Power generated, feed in power and grid consumption in real time, and cumulatively for each day or for any selected period. Hence I can schedule my power usage to match solar output eliminating drawing from the Grid. Since installation I have not paid for any electricity, and my credit with my power provider keeps increasing with each bill.

Earlier I was questioning if the water will be heated as our Earlier gas unit but I am happy to confirm it is heating water even better than the gas unit at less cost.
