Very happy with the service right from the beginning, I was provided with the detailed information regarding the booking, what the inspection report entails. Really happy with the service provided by Dawson's Specifically that provided by their technician, Harrison. Dawson's communicated when Harrison would come by, and while he was there he was friendly, explained what, and why he was doing what he was doing. He made a comprehensive assessment of our house and got straight down to spraying/treating the areas that seemed most likely to have mice/pests. Appreciated his professionalism and his willingness to explain and outline what was necessary. Definitely happy with our service from Dawson's and would recommend them if the subject of pest-control came up.
