Mahdi came today and fixed my miele dishwasher. He came within a few hours and fixed my problem and others that i had all for the callout fee plus the cost of parts. Called Mahdi after Miele could not send out a technician for over 2 weeks. I was unable to unlock the door after a wash programme due to the locking pin being stuck. Mahdi explained how the mechanism worked & showed me how to open the door properly. He also advised me to run the Miele descaler through every 6 months & to use good quality washing powder or tablets. Excellent service, highly recommended.

He is not helpful! He just wanted to book the $179 service call even to advice for any minor non service thing! This is in reply to your response.. I told you the machine was draining perfectly. If there was an issue with machine then I wouldn’t mind book service call. As I told you the issue was just with the drain hose arrangement/connections which I wanted to show you in photos. But you were not ready to see! After our talk, I called the other service guy and he pointed me to the common mistake / issue in drain hose connection just in couple of minutes..! This is what I was expecting from you.
