Had two blokes driving the Balcatta Window and Glass van on Thursday morning cut me off on a 1 lane merge on purpose and then continue to laugh as I nearly run off the road. An aggressive long winded beep as i turn off. Not cool service too and from jobs. Not smart to behave like this in your work van. Bit of a silly was to drive when you have piles of glass on the back of the truck.
Knowledgeable experienced staff that are polite and willing to help .
Highly recommend for all glass and mirror needs

Outstanding customer service at Balcatta Glass.
I've been here a couple of times now to get various pieces of glass cut, and each time the service has been excellent.
Most recently I got a piece of mirrored glass cut. Once I got home, I realised I had gotten my measurements wrong. When I brought it back to have it trimmed down, it was done then and there and at no extra charge.
You can't really get better service than that.
On top of that they've got a nice showroom with plenty of mirrors etc on display, and some comfortable couches to sit on while you wait for your glass to be cut.
Definitely recommend these guys if you need some glass.

I recently had a fluted shower screen installed by Balcatta, and I couldn't be happier with their service. From the moment they arrived, their team was incredibly friendly and courteous. They not only did a fantastic job with the installation but also took the time to clean up thoroughly afterward. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of shower screen installation. Always go here as they give a competitive price and friendly service.. even here where I made a exterior fish pond they gave me great advice re what type of glass to install at the front. John
