Safety is not valued, you get instructed/threatened to complete a task which is not only unsafe but unreasonable, on-top of being against safe workplace procedures and legislation. If you have any issues with being bullied, harrassment or threatened to do a task which isn't safe don't raise your concern as it will only result in your dismissal...... Unfair dismissals seem to be common practice.
