We have been slowly replacing the windows in our house. This is our first time using Perth Window and Door Replacement Company. The newly installed commercial grade awning windows and large sliding door are a massive improvement on the existing tired old frames with scratched glass. We noticed the greater noise insulating quality straight away, and they look fresh and smart. But there was more! We got an approximate costing, and then the booking of measurement and formal quote proceeded smoothly without any delay. So good communication. The products were ready for installation in the time frame we were given. I think one of the real positives were the installers. Our original 30 year old sliding door had been positioned incorrectly with the seep holes covered with render….which is why the paint and render kept bubbling. Justin and Adam spent over an hour carefully removing the door from underneath the indoor tiles and then chipped off the render so the new door would be placed so this could be rectified. We appreciated the care they took for a good outcome. We are now happy to start the process again in another room. Leanne.

The install was completed by Josh who worked like a machine from early in the morning till the afternoon both days. He completed the job to an excellent standard and we are extremely Happy. Price was good and installation two weeks ahead of the expected time. The installer Josh was excellent and did a great job!! We want to give 5 stars to Craig for being a fantastic Sales rep. Reliable and very helpful. We would give even more than 5 stars to the installers , Justin (alias Jason) and Adam (alias Dave) for always trying to do the right thing and deliver good work to Customers. Have requested their install service three times now, and never let us down once. It's evident they take pride with what they do. We had some issues, but how they responded to them makes a big stand out. So, big call out to the Company for employing skilled tradesmen. The sliding doors are of good quality, so very happy with the manufacturing as well. I do recommend Perth Window & Door, and will keep using them for future upgrades.
