I have had a great experience dealing with Simon at Composites Warehouse. Simon has given me heaps of helpful suggestions and guidance on my wedding flower coasters project and everything he has sold me has worked exactly the way he said it would. A great bloke and definitely in the right job!
They are some what friendly. A reasonable range of products, however the products aren’t very good. The river cast resin isn’t good. It leaves surface bubbles, the corners of the resin seem to collapse. I have tried by volume and weight, still the same problem.

I would like to thank Simon for his expert knowledge and service over many years. As a boat builder, I've found his brew of Flowcoat has the highest gloss finish. The Epoxy and Vinylester resins have the best Gel times and cures evenly in thick layups.... I was very impressed. Thank you so much. Nicest guy ever, no joke.

Great selection, had everything I needed and more. Simon was happy to share his knowledge on Vinylester vs Polyester resins which in turn led me to use a superior product. We briefly discussed parts of my project and I got a detailed explanation on fairing mixtures to use for different parts of it. The handful of knowledge I got from these guys was more valuable than the $500 spent. Will be returning for bigger projects.

Well it was hot yesterday so they allowed me to bring my dog in so I didn’t have to leave her in the car so thank you for that!

Yesterday I bought a brand new resin for me to try that’s food safe grade. It’s called ‘ Crystal Set Epoxy’ to date it’s THE best resin I’ve used.
It’s mixed so clear with virtually no bubbles at all.
Super clear and hardly any bad smell.
It mixed with my pigments amazing. I did not wait fir it to thicken up. I poured into an alphabet mould to test it. It domed straight away and held the dining during curing. Absolutely no shrinkage in the resin. The colours stayed as poured looking amazing on top this morning. It’s only been 9 hours and it’s cured enough that I can unmould but it’s still super bendy but it’s smooth and not tacky at all to touch. I’ll wait until later to in mould the test pieces.
I give the resin and Composite Warehouse 10/10.

This resin is going to be my goto resin and now my friend is also going yo use it too.
