Our company has been working with Blackhaul for a few months now. During this time, we have been very happy with their service. We use Blackhaul for freight, and deliveries usually arrive on time. I would like to mention Breon, the freight manager, who is very helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend Blackhaul for freight services.

Be aware! Black haul took a freight job organised through truck it for a car bonnet and right fender , they picked the freight up on the 6th of December 2023 from Brisbane . I got a tracking number that didn’t work and then after a few weeks I asked where it was they said on the way , it got to January 2024 and it still hadn’t rocked up . I asked them where it was and they told me it hadn’t been picked up yet because it wasn’t ready but the supplier said it left there on the 6th of December. So after back and forward for weeks they said they didn’t know where it was and for me to claim insurance. After multiple messages and phone calls not answered or hung up on I still didn’t have a response or result . Another freight company called me and said it was in Perth so I told black haul and gave them the details of it . They said it would be here next week for a few weeks in a row and then it rocked up to the freight depot in charters towers on the 10th of March . The bonnet was bent in half and badly damaged, I rang them and they kept avoiding me . Then the bonnet was sent back before I got photos for the insurance claim . So in total I lost $880 for the bonnet and $578 for freight plus 5 months of my work car sitting in the shed having to hire another car which was meant to be short term but black haul lead me on . Very disappointing and in the end I am down $1458 with no bonnet and lose of work . I would recommend no one to use them especially if your spending more then I have . The support was terrible and they ignored me and didn’t ring me back when they said they had to follow it up .

Unethical operation and will not take any accountability. Same experience had as other 1 star reviewers. 5 star reviews are fake, one (probably more) is even from someone who works at the company. Save your money and your time, go elsewhere, literally anywhere else.

Update: after this review I was sent a bill of $860:00 from a debt collector for an original transport fee of 511.00. So they are trying to get around 1400.00 from me for car part. This company are simply using pressure from debt collectors to steal from people. Suprise that one day after this review, three 5 star "reviews" popped up on Google. If I had the means to fight this in court I would, Dont become their next victim. Simply use your intuition on this one, before using this company read the reviews and wonder why there are only 1 star and 5 star reviews. I suspect the 5 star reviews are fake and the 1 star reviews are from geniune customers. I could go into detail about what a nightmare this company has been to deal with but I'll save you some time and lots of money. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! there favourite trick seems to be doubling the price after delivery of the item and threatening with debt collectors if not paid.

Ben would have to be one of the most dishonest people to ever do business with. Put an ad that had specific instructions which he quoted and job was accept even though he knew he could not fulfil the timeline. Job was cancelled on my end due to not being able to complete and they still went and picked up item and claimed that as per their terms they can't guarantee delivery times even though prior to him putting a quote a specific date was advised. He quotes job he clearly can fulfil. Would not recommend using Blackhaul Australia. They done even have insurance in the event items are damaged in transit.
