Marcelo at the front end was very personable and easy to deal with, he answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable of the solar / electricity industry. He also went out of his way on public holiday and spent over an hour sitting with me and my wife explaining everything. Bruno and his team on the back end for install were professional, respectful and efficient on site. It was all complete within 3 hours. Again Bruno was very personable and easy to deal with.
