Disappointed to say the least.
Ordered some sheets of plywood to be ready for early pick up Thursday morming, was told when I ordered it (ordered two days in advance) it would be ready and the bloke even checked with his boss that it would be ready. I arrive early Thursday morning no sign of the plywood.
I am on a tight deadline and this will cost me now for the delay. If you say you are going to do it and don't come good on your promise then I won't be giving all wood timbers any of my business in the future.
Understand you may be having staffing issues but as a customer that's no my fault !!!
if you tell me it's going to ready for pick and its not ready when I arrive and you have not notifyed me that's on you.

Simple process to make an order, staff very helpful if you're not precisely sure what you need to order.
Prices very competitive. Have never used a timber supploer before, only Bunnings but had a great experience with Allwood and will definitely be using them in the future. Timber much higher quality than Bunnings.

Fantastic, quick service from Adam to cut a panel down to size. Great price to op it all off. I highly recommend Allwood Timber Supplies.

A week before Christmas I ordered some 40x12mm treated pine which had to be picked up by them from the supplier in the northern suburbs. I was quite prepared to drive to Allwood in Welshpool to collect it but they delivered it to my home near Fremantle which meant I could get the job finished over the holiday break. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable, friendly and prepared to go out of their way to give excellent service. Oh, and their products are top quality and competitively priced.
