These guys have been beyond fantastic to deal with. They have gone above and beyond to try and rectify some issues with our windows. Unlike SO many other companies/trades who have shrugged their shoulders and put us in the too hard basket, Jason Windows just kept trying.

My sliding door no longer locked so I checked the website. Good online DYI instruction videos on what to look for and how to fix it. I phoned to check for parts and the lady was most helpful. Although my door is over 20 years old they still had the Snib part I needed in stock. I took the whole door handle in and they fitted the new Snib for me on the spot. Took it home and screwed it all back in. Fixed and works fine for $15.
I prefer to use local companies and good to have one that provides good service.

My new awning windows are easy to operate and let lots more light in. Thanks for your patience Ross in sorting out any issues.

I wasn't going to leave a review but I think it should be shared.
I'm booked in for tomorrow our 6th attempt in replacing 2 glass panels for our windows. I called this morning to ask for an update so I can confirm we are actually able to complete the job this time. I got a yeah you're booked in. I explained the story, this will be the 6th time etc and got a "it should be ok".
5 failed attempts and then a should be ok does not fill me with assurance in any way.
I could not in all honesty provide even a 3 star review, it isn't average no matter how many times people apologies.
I really hope for the sake of a WA company they can improve and put in measures that no other customers have to go through months of this.

thanks for the response below on the query on my new build and warranty. Unfortunately I have made a number of attempts to contact through the link you offered and not heard anything back from the team? Is there an email or number you could offer? Keen to get the problem sorted before the warranty date runs out.

Unfortunately our builder used Jason Windows, if you have the choice avoid!
Large gap in frame of sliding door which took four visits to “fix” because each person that came out didn’t pass on the correct or any information, black sika is now all over our white render as a result. A screw had fallen out of the frame and when I asked if it was now secure, the tradesman said “get a screw driver if you want to check it” amongst other rude behaviour, I questioned his attitude and he yelled have a good day over the top of me multiple times whilst walking away (he ground down said screw on our brand new outdoor table). I assume he had his back up as he was the first person to attend and stated he would write a report with recommendations which he failed to do. I did call to speak to his supervisor but my call was not returned.
Needless to say I will now have to live with damaged fly screens including holes and scratches as well as another set of sliding doors that crack and creak at any hint of wind like a 100 year old house because I can’t think of anything worse than having them back in our home.

3 door stacker with metal security slider screen which opens onto the (yet to be built) decking. Awesome double glass door keeps out heat and provides excellent view into back yard area from kitchen bench. I love it. Navy colour frame goes with kitchen cupboards. We are still protecting floorboards til decking is done.

My new build by first home buyers in Balcatta used Jason Windows for my home. they said when getting close to the time they will let me know so I can get Jason to do my security door. Thank goodness they didn’t
Jason did an appalling job and it’s only because I was getting security door and screens I haven’t bother going back to the builder over the doors.
Took forever to get the key to turn and to open the doors. You think with a new home that wouldn't be a problem.
My front slide door does not shut properly and falls off every time you slide it open, totally unusable. Every window in the house takes forever to try and open they just don’t slide or open, gee I hate there to be a fire. Oh I guess we just go out the front door that will fall off. And the picture is my 3 week old slide door off my bedroom. The Flyscreen is just about off and I’ve only been here 3 weeks. Maybe they do a lousy job because it’s for a builder. Wouldn’t recommend them at all or the builder

As an owner builder I needed expert advice, Jason’s sales man Richard was a wealth of knowledge, any issues where address straight away.
The products at great quality.
All the staff are very helpful.
Do your self’s a favour and use Jason’s you won’t be sorry.
