We completed our first 3 lots sub division using Kevin and his team from Subdivision Perth/Zenith Surveys. This was such an easy process working with Kevin who kept us in the loop on every step of the way. He works tirelessly to get the job done on the management side as well as the surveys. All trades were booked and approval/permits submitted correctly and on time. Subdivision was completed on time and as cost effective as possible.

I used Kevin at Zenith for a subdivision in Bayswater. Kevin's knowledge and advice was second to none, particularly when navigating dealing with the local planning department. I'd definately recommend and would not hesitate to use Kevin again.

Mid last year after three companies saiid it was not possible to subdivide without huge modifications to our existing house, or complete demolishing I called Kevin. He called around surveyed and listened to what we wanted He left us saying it can be done. He project managed everything and we have successfully subdivided and now building our new house. Highly recommend Kevin and his team to get the job done.

I can't recommend Kevin and his team highly enough.
We faced various challenges along the subdivision process but all we're resolved in a timely manner.

Kevin provided a great service with our first Owner Managed subdivision.
It was a steep learning curve for us but with Kevin's support and professionalism we finally completed the project with a great ROI.
We are looking forward to be working with Kevin again in the near future.

I found Zenith Surveys on Google because I was buying a house and urgently needed a surveyor on short notice.
I called and spoke to a man named Kevin who was very polite and professional and despite being very busy, Kevin made time for me on very short notice.
I’m very appreciative of his service and would highly recommend his services

Kevin was fantastic to work with. There were a number of challenges along the way and, at times, I wondered if I'd made the right decision (to subdivide). I'm sure Kevin had nearly as many sleepless nights as I did. I'm so glad I had Zenith managing this project. I could not have done it myself, even with Kevin's guidance. In fact, I don't recommend anyone manage their own project. Leave it to someone with a wealth of experience to draw upon. Thanks Kevin.

Kevin and the team at Zenith made our subdivision journey stress free.
Kev has a wealth of knowledge in this space and was more than willing to coach me throughout the entire process.
I will definitely be using Zenith for my next subdivision project.

Kevin and his team saved us so much stress on a difficult subdivision project. He kept us informed every step along the way and was always looking out for our best interests. I learned a lot about subdivisions along the way but would definitely use Zenith Surveyors if I was to do another subdivision.
