Great folks here that care about what they do. I brought my soft topper for my truck in to get some holes patched. They had a quick turn around and were very communicative. Quality work. I’ll certainly be back!

Great team, they're done custom orders, modifications and did you know they sell BBQ stuff. Check out the rubs and sauces.... If you can manage to pick one. There are oooodles.

Have been a customer of Airdrie Canvas going on 6 years now. Tony and his team are top notch and have never let me down. In fact, Tony has personally over seen crucial time sensitive rush projects and performed above and beyond expectation. Honestly saving the day! I highly recommend Airdrie Canvas. Tony can truly make it happen!!

The quality of their product is top shelf. They have done some modifications from their older units where the rafters now come in one piece. It was fast set up time before, when rafters were sectional, and now that they are one piece, even quicker. Really helps when you are putting it up in minus 20 deg Celsius. Takes 2 guys 20 minutes to put together a 14' x 16' with a 5' enclosed porch. Patricia at customer service is absolutely fantastic. They missed a couple of items when they originally shipped the tent half way across the country. I called Patricia and the items were shipped out express and I received them the next day.
Awesome product, awesome people to work with. If I could give them a 10 star review, I would.

I agree with the most resent review here. I talked to airdrie canvas on the phone about my need for awning canvas for my trailer. They told me it takes 7 days to arrive so to keep that in mind when ordering. I placed an order 15 days prior to my camping trip. 10 days passed and I hadn’t heard from them. I called and they told me that it would probably be shipped any day now. I informed them that I will be leaving on a camping trip and need it with in the next 4 days. I called back the next day several times with no answer. I drove out from Calgary to talk to them and the lady at the front desk just blamed their supplier. As a company they didn’t take any responsibility for the fact that it had been double the time frame they promised. After leaving the store I was contacted by phone by them and they told me that they always tell their customers that it’s two weeks delivery time. Which was a lie. If they had of been honest the first time I would have ordered it a month out instead of two weeks. I ended up leaving for my two week camping trip with out the canvas. I had a friend go pick it up when it arrived. Over all it was a very poor business model. They never once offer solutions. Instead blamed it on their supplier and let on like I should have known to order it sooner. There are other companies that supply the same product. I doubt they are as difficult to deal with.
