Watched a Gator crew at work replacing ground level patio pave stones with concrete at a large condo complex. Very impressed with the hard work and organization. Very professional crew. (especially for a bunch of young fellers...lol)

You almost caused an accident speeding up to cut me off, trying to merge in. And to do that on your company truck. If they hire people who can't even drive, how do you trust them with major construction work?
Maybe go back to driving school and learn how to drive properly first.

I hired Gator Concrete twice, to replace my driveway, sidewalk and front stairset. Excellent work, big or small job, the same care and attention is given to both. Received my quote within 24-48 hrs after visit with the manager. Great teamwork, very good communication with all team members, well organized, good job with the clean up after the work is done. Also very good with finding solutions for problem areas.
I will hire them again for another job and recommend this company to
anyone .

I have worked with Gator Concrete for many years on various jobs. Their honest, professional and responsive approach is what keeps us coming back. These guys know what they’re doing and never miss a beat. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Gator construction crew located at Oliver Place for a 4 tier parkade overhaul is slow, inefficient, and showed a lack of timely communication between their staff and building management. 6 months of Reno’s and still no sign of completion.
I was barricaded in on the top floor of the parkade after being told I was able to use my stall again, without sufficient notice, and car was covered in fine dust inside and out, which I’m still trying to clean off.
I was 30 minutes late to work, leaving my client waiting for me and running behind all day bc of that. Crew should foresee these obstacles before blocking off access to ground level, no excuse for doing that to ppl who rely on a vehicle !
Crew seems like they work hard, but I’m not sure why you have 15-20 ppl on site 6 days a week, for 6 months and still not done.
Not an easy job, and building is very old, so I get the amount of work involved, however we were told a few weeks to finish not better part of the year.
The one level I saw of the Parkade Reno does look better, but the traffic lights they added seem faulty, why not install mirrors so ppl can see oncoming traffic?

As Condo Manager I have used Gator Concrete Services over and over again, at various properties, as it is a guarantee of a job well done! No stars if i could. An unprofessional man that drives the white truck around southern Alberta (Lethbridge) has an overall poor attitude and zero professional deportment. Experienced him allowing his crew to speak poorly to a person and be rude/short when speaking with them, for no reason. Does not have well up keep of the truck, nor does his attitude compliment his poor driving habits. (speed and hogging the road)
