My wife has been in multiple times over the past few months to pick out tile for various renovations that we are undertaking. At times she has had to bring in our youngest who is 4 years of age. The staff have been incredibly kind, patient and helpful knowing she is there with a child. They would offer him snacks, colouring pages or even to put on a show on for him. Each time (and there were many) she felt welcomed. Recently we picked out a tile for our shower and there was a small mix up with the dye-lot of that tile. The staff called us to let us know, and went above and beyond to rectify it for us. They were extremely generous and really made us feel valued. Will absolutely continue to use AMES Tile for all our future renovations.

Great collection and we got all the help we needed here and everything went smooth. My only concern is required tiles wont be available immediately and they take 2-4 weeks to ship and again it depends on suppliers and nothing to do with Ames but still pointing out so anyone want to buy will plan accordingly. Overall great collection and experience. We end up purchasing here though.

By appointment only even though the place looks empty and Google maps shows "open". So plan ahead or visit a multitude of tile shops that are open - Tierra sol was amazing! Stone and Tile has options that nobody else has - and very very friendly staff! Julian tile welcomes you like an old friend, also great options.
