Nothing spoils my day like seeing a Caneda Transport truck pulling up to my work place. If it's a semi with a long trailer, our freight will be the only thing on board, all jammed up at the head of the trailer. Since we don't have a dock at our building, I will kindly pick up our pallet jack with our forklift and put it into the trailer. But the driver always insists it is not his job to move the freight inside the trailer, he only drives. After we argue for 10 to 15 minutes with the guy because I am not insured or paid to crawl into some other company's vehicle and do their employees work for them, he calls dispatch, dispatch tells him to bring the freight to the door. Most of the time we have to show them how to operate a pallet jack. How do people that don't have the bandwidth to figure out a pallet jack manage to get a license to drive a semi truck??? The drivers of the 5 ton straight trucks are less entitled and lazy, but they very rarely get our delivery correct. They mix up deliveries between our sister locations and then refuse to go back to the other building and correct their own mistake. I hate that DHL subcontracts this company to deliver road freight. If we had any say in it, we'd gladly never have a Caneda Transport truck in our yard again.

Careful with The Caneda drivers, they could be intoxicated, my daughter and son in law got assaulted by Caneda at Nanton AB, a “professional truck driver “ who was out of his mind, he smashed with baseball bat my daughter’s vehicle side window when she was seated with my grand son on her lap, she had to call the RCMP to take this guy in custody. We still not knowing why this Pro driver got mad at them for no reason. Hopefully the company fired him after RCMP call Caneda about it's driver. But who knows
