I cannot recommend this company enough! We decided to get a heat pump over an air conditioner and hoped to get the government rebate. We had reached out to four different companies and the minute you said "heat pump" they either tried to discourage us, or say it was not possible. Calgary Air was completely willing and also knew about the grant and what would be required. They were committed to finding everything required and helped coach us to get the grant as well! The service was amazing and we love our heat pump, not to mention the thousands of dollars we got back! They gave us personalized service to get us what we wanted, even though it is not very common in Calgary. Thanks Calgary Air.

Chris is amazing. He’s honest, transparent, and knows his stuff. Messaged him about my AC not working and he came by within a few hours and got it running within a few minutes. I was told by another big company that I would have to change out my entire unit as it wasn’t compatible with my furnace. These guys did a great job for us. Reasonable quotes and knowledgeable in our initial phone call. They had to hook it up to our nest thermostat and install a pump system for correct draining to our storm drain and they did so happily at no extra from the quoted price despite having to come back and put in more time. Connor was very gracious and wanted to do a great job and Chris has great integrity and is a great Calgary business owner.
