I had built a super energy efficient townhouse with 16” thick walls of dense packed cellulose by Western Insulations. It is said for dense packed you need to find an experienced installer so the insulation doesn’t sag and leave gaps at the top. The drywall guy said he has seen poor dense packed but Western Insulations are rock stars. Hire these guys!

Jason of Western Insulation came in, installed blow-in insulation in the attic to R50 of my house, also High Density wall insulation with mesh and vapour barrier in all four walls of my garage along with blow-in cellulose insulation with air-chutes and vapour barrier in the garage attic to R50. Very friendly, easy to deal with, very professional, fast, and communicative. I ran into a problem with the drywall installer doing the ceiling drywall install, so he had to divide the work into two parts and came back in about 3 weeks to finish the attic. He didn’t charge me any extra, and kept to his quote. I highly recommend Western Insulation.
