We had to have our shingles replaced as part of a warranty claim. Great Canadian came out to assess the situation and assisted with gathering and providing the correct information for the claim. Once the claim was approved by the manufacturer, Great Canadian organized the warranty shingles delivery, removal/disposal of old shingles, installation of new shingles and underlayment and clean up. Very professional operation all around from the management, sales team to installation crew. Would highly recommend Great Canadian.
Unfortunately, we had only negative experience with this company!!! Summer 2021, our house was damaged by hail. With Aviva Insurance we had a claim. Great Canadian got contract to fix siding and roof... They started after one year exactly. And worked on it within 4 month I suppose. All the time they left some stuff not completed and some mess(like nails on the roof). .... And last week was one windy evening. Wind was not strong. We found one sliding bar dropped down the ground and another partially taken off. I called to Calgary office about the problem . The office person open claim and promised that it would be fixed within 72 hours. 5 days passed, nobody appeared. Now, for last three days I am calling them. The office transferred my info to their production department. Nobody appeared yet. The wall is still open and some days were rainy. Not good!! It looks like there is nobody in the production department could be found at all??

Kept us fully informed about the work needed to replace siding after last summer's big hailstorm. We upgraded to hardy board and the neighbors comment on how nice it looks. The workers were very considerate and dependable and worked patiently around my elaborate (cluttered) garden.

Live in a condo and they "repaired" my perfectly fine eavestrough. From then on it was leaking and they refused to fix it. After a year of asking we had to call another company came to fix it.

Great Canadian Roofing was wonderful to work with. The work was done in a timely manner. Very responsive and helped us pick the right colour shingles to match the garage ones. Left everything clean and they were very organized.

Used Great Canadian as they were recommended by my
Insurance company as a preferred vendor following the big summer of 2021 hail storm in Calgary.
Had full roof and siding replacement as well as garaged door and all gutters. I was proactively kept in the loop throughout the fairly long process (Company was scrambling as the damage in our area due to that particular hail storm was extensive...) and any concerns I had (minor) were answered promptly and professionally. John Jenkins, who was my main liason at Great Canadian, was particularly courteous, professional and very quick in his responses to any questions I had. All tradesman employed were professional, courteous and did a high standard of work. Very satisfied and highly recommend this company.

We have our siding, gutter and roof replaced due to hail damage. The company was recommended by our insurance . Our adjuster explained to us what needs to be done and give us an options . It was a hassle free claim, because the company submitted and billed everything to the insurance company . We only payed the deductible with no hidden cost. We are a very satisfied customer and happy with results for the work that was done to our house. Thank you for the great customer service and making our insurance claim very easy and stress free.

Had a great experience with Great Canadian Roofing! I had received quotes from numerous companies and Great Canadian Roofing is who we decided to go with. Not only was their quote very reasonable, their delivery time was far superior to the other companies. The windows I received are of great quality and I could not be happier. I would recommend this company in the future.
Note: The company representative, Josh Myers, was wonderful to work with. His customer service skills will definitely have me returning to Great Canadian Roofing.
