Marcel & his crew completed multiple repairs on our home from hail damage. They did a great job so we would recommend them to anyone. The thing that really stood out for me was the customer service. Marcel responded promptly to all of our phone calls & attended to any tweaks that needed to be completed immediately. Hard to find service like that these days!

We have had water drainage and other issues for several years. Last summer, I called several companies to get quotes Marcel was one of the first to respond. He was knowledgeable and great at listening to my questions and concerns. As a woman who is the one in our family in charge of home maintenance, I was very impressed by how I was treated. Often men will defer to my husband or assume I need his approval to make decisions. He spoke directly to me even when my husband was in the area. He and his wife did the installation in one day. Every thing was clean and tidy when he was finished. He made several suggestions when I explained our prior issues in the hopes of moving as much water away from our home as possible. I waited nearly a year to give this review as I wanted to see how they responded in heavy rain before giving my final review. Over the last 24hours we have had over 40mm of rain and more is expected to come. For the first time in ages we have no water coming into our home and even the water table is lower than expected. (Our sump pit has very little water and hasn’t needed to run the pump at all. This was very unexpected.) I would highly recommend this company.
