I had a deeply disappointing experience with Nexgen stucco. When I initially called to request a quote, I was met with an unexpected and troubling response. David said they have "no interest" in working on houses in the NE area before I even had the chance to provide my address. Upon mentioning that my home was actually in the NW area, his attitude changed, and he suddenly became interested. This response felt like an unfair and inappropriate profiling of the NE community, which was both frustrating and disheartening. Such discriminatory behavior is unacceptable especially in this day and age, and reflects poorly on the company's professionalism. I would strongly advise against engaging with this company if you expect fair and respectful treatment.

Dave and his crew were beyond outstanding! Not only did he knock it out of the park on matching texture, patching our multiple repairs, the valley wine color turned out amazing. Dave is outstanding to deal with, his guys are just as amazing. So respectful, never had any clean up issues, they were like clock work on when they showed up and said they would be here. We even left for a week with 100% confidence of what we would be coming home to and were blown away by the end result. We are the talk of Millrise! ? Can’t recommend NexGen Stucco enough! Thank you for the outstanding job. ??

I called Dave for a 2nd opinion on our new build that has the stucco incorrectly installed and is full of cracks. Dave was very professional, personable and arrived early. He showed me ALL the issues we have and explained why in his opinion what went wrong. We discussed the options we have to remedy the situation. I will be contacting him in the future to work on our garage suite. Much thanks for coming over so quick!

Well, someone FINALLY took care of our stucco problems successfully. The previous attempt was a very expensive disaster, but Dave and his super competent and pleasant crew handled it all with deep understanding, careful remediation, timely completion and at a VERY fair price. I love this kind of competency in the trades...it's very rare these days. With the current lack of code definition and standards for stucco work, reputation is everything. These guys deserve this review.
