I'm very impressed on how quickly Arc Surveys had someone out to our home to have the survey done, as well as the time it took them to send me a copy of the report. Pricing was also another factor in choosing Arc Surveys as they were very affordable. Would recommend them to any one needing their services

We are extremely impressed with Arc Survey. The project was dealt with in a professional manner while still being friendly and patient. From the first email quote to the phone calls with reception who was extremely patient and easy to talk to. She stayed in contact with us in a timely manner, we never felt "Forgotten". Kayen - our Surveyor was super friendly and patient with us, while staying late to explain the process to us and our neighbor. We will HIGHLY recommend Arc Surveys to our friends in the future. I recently hired the service from Arc Surveys Ltd to do the RPR as I was referred by my friend. The whole process was smooth. They gave me the appointment according to the timeline they offered in the beginning. I didn't need to be there on the service day. I received my RPR through email the following day after they came to my property. They answered all my questions in a timely manner. I chose to submit for the City compliance stamp by myself. However, the price they offered is in line if not lower with every other quote I got elsewhere. I am happy with their service.

Great experience with Arc. They were super friendly, responsive, and did great work at a reasonable price. Such a wonderful experience and a stark contrast from other firms who were the complete opposite to deal with. Would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Selling my house and needed to get a new RPR done up. From the moment I spoke with Molly at ARC over the phone to getting the RPR all done up and ready for compliance, it was all within days and I was also given the option to file for compliance with the city myself which would save me some money. Out of all competitors, ARC charges the least and pricing was totally reasonable. Everything is done and communicated professionally and ultra-efficiently. Molly is the ambassador and ARC is very lucky to have her. Would absolutely recommend ARC! Thanks for the job very well done.
