We used W. Pang Surveys to write our real property report because they performed the original RPR on our property. We will not use them again. They were difficult to work with, didn't perform the work that they said they were going to and then were "less than honest" with us when we tried to figure out what exactly happened with the survey. Their administrative assistant was actually caught bending the truth twice during the process and it almost cost us the sale of our house. There are many survey companies available in this city, I would recommend against using this one.
While we certainly had our fair share of bureaucracy trying to get the City to stamp a Real Property Report, Emily was FABULOUS in keeping things organized, offering guidance and suggestions, and ultimately was able to negotiate with the City for positive outcome. Could not have had a better advocate in my corner. Received full value for the price paid. Thank you Emily and team!

Pang Surveys surveyed our property for a new build we were working on. They were professional, great to work with and the cost was very reasonable. Id highly recommend them. Id use them again for any future projects.

I was referred to Pang Surveys by my realtor, I had them do the RPR for my commercial property. I initially had some communication issues with the process. In the end after escalating the issue, someone contacted me, confirmed that the issues were being addressed and resolved the issues that they could.

I work for a realtor who helps clients get their RPR updated or ordered, and W Pang is our go-to company to do it. They have the fastest service, and are always ready to answer my questions. I cannot recommend them enough!

I have used W. Pang Surveys twice. Once when I purchased my home and again when I just sold the same place. I appreciate the discount offered since I was only updating the old report on my most recent transaction. Professional and courteous service. I was glad my report came back clean.. means I can sell my house with no additional hassles!

Very disappointing service. Was quoted a total price and I accepted. Then I received a call later saying it would be $300.00 more because I was in a difficult area to survey. I live in an area of million dollar homes and believe this was an attempt at 2 tiered pricing. No other survey company responded that it was a “difficult area” and no other company levied a surcharge! Needless to say I cancelled my order with them.

We hired W. Pang Surveys Inc to complete a property survey at hour home so that we could submit a RPR (Real Property Report) to our garage builder. We were very pleased with the two surveyors that came to our home - Matt & Carson. They were quick, efficient and respectful. I had no idea what was involved to complete the survey - well worth the fee. I happily and confidently recommend W. Pang Surveys Inc.

With the unfortunate circumstance with some file leaving our house from a previous live in Nanny... My wife and I are looking to put our house up for sale. Last year we employed Pang Serveys to do a RPR. We called and asked them for a signed copy and they told us we would have to pay the discounted rate of $495.00 for them as they would need to do another report. (Cash Grab)
After calling other surveyors in the city they said they would have no problem at no charge provide a copy!
Pang has no customer service, although we are not in the business of getting a lot of surveys done, we will be doing it with another company.
