We did our due diligence before choosing Canadian Choice and I am glad we did. The team did a very good installation job with good cleanup and after service to complete the finer details. We changed all our windows and three sets of doors over two days. I only had one issue, which was we had a bay window that was rotten underneath that needed extra work (of course you can't tell until the old window is removed). If things do go wrong, their solution could be better. I had to resolve the issue myself (not so clever for some people) and I have had a chat with their sales team to advise. I am sure lessons learned by them will be carried forward to improve their otherwise already high standards. Even so, the product was well worth the money and we love the feel and change to our house. Thank you Canadian Choice Team, I will have no hesitation in referring.

I recently had Canadian Choice replace my basement window with a fire exit window on July 12th, 2024. The entire process was smooth and professional. The team arrived on time and got straight to work. They cut through the wall concrete and installed the new window in just about 3 and a half hours. As recommended, I covered the furniture in the installation room with plastic furniture covers, but I was pleasantly surprised by how clean everything was after they finished. They left the room spotless, which was a huge relief. I'm really happy with the quality of the installation and the overall experience. If you're looking for reliable and efficient window installation, I highly recommend Canadian Choice. They did a fantastic job!

We used Canadian Choice Windows and Doors twice within a year, first to replace all of our windows except one (it was in a bathroom surround by tile so we chose not to replace it originally). Eventually we decided to replace this final window as well, a few months later. This review is a summary of both our experiences. Product: 5* We have now had most of our windows for about half a year and from what we can tell, the windows seem to be a quality product. To date they have helped reduce our energy consumption and made our house much more comfortable. They open and close easily and have also significantly reduced outdoor noise, which was a pleasant surprise. Installation: 4.5* The installation team was quick and efficient both times. I believe they made one error (two of our windows were identical and they installed them in the wrong rooms to they don't open the direction I wanted - fairly minor issue). Aside from that, they left a bit of a mess outside (cigarette butts). Otherwise they seem to have done a great job. Sales: 2.5* Our original sales rep, Bogdan, is no longer with the company (which is not surprising). While I respected his willingness to spend time with us and explain the products, he was VERY pushy when it came to signing a contract after a single initial consult. While I can understand this is a business, making a $20000 decision the first day of a consult is not a responsible consumer choice and companies should respect that and not push customers to make the sale. I informed him of this and he did say he appreciated the feedback. However, once we did sign, he became VERY difficult to get in contact with. We even referred Canadian Choice to our family, who then purchased a window. It took about half a dozen reminders and multiple months for Bogdan and the company to honour the whopping $100 referral credit. This was incredibly frustrating. Despite these issues, given the quality product and installation, we decided to use Canadian Choice again to replace our final window. Upon request for a different sales rep, we were referred to Derek, who made up for much of Bogdan's mistakes. He was quicker to respond and easier to get ahold of. However, once a sale was made, he also became harder to contact and failed to respond to my final texts prior to installation. So in summary, Canadian Choice seems to offer a quality product with a good installation team, and a hit-or-miss sales team, so be sure you get a good rep!

Canadian Choice Windows & Doors did an awesome job with our new windows. Very happy with the result. For the first time we have a dining room window that opens. It has been such a treat to have complete cross air flow throughout the house now. The install process was done with the utmost care of our home and furnishings. All items were covered with drop cloths and the debris from removing the old windows was all cleaned up. These guys know their stuff and are very respectful of the property they are working on.

We are extremely happy and satisfied with the service. Everything went easy and smooth from day one. Alex Moskviciov is our project manager and he was very patient and kind helping us navigating all the options. We never felt pressured or rushed to make decisions. Having our windows replaced by Canadian Choice was the best experience. From project manager, customer service, receptionist, and installation crew. They are all super professional. The installation crew, ( Orest, Alejandro and the full team) were great. Very respectful of our house, cover the floor, stairs, and we're very carefully when removing old windows and installing the new ones to protect walls and furniture around. They also vacuum and mopped after finishing the installation. This was absolutely amazing because it helped a lot on the after cleaning. They take the time to explain how everything works and gave us tips and valuable information about the new windows. Alex came through the day and at the end of the project to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Our house looks so nice with new windows but the most important, we have better air flow when it gets warm outside, and we already feel a difference on the house temperature when temperature drops overnight. This is great ! We highly recommend to use them for your project!

Last year we had Canadian Choice Windows and Doors supply and install energy efficient windows on the main floor of our house. We have been so pleased with the effect of these triple pane windows due to the noticeable improvement of heat retention in the winter and keeping our house cooler in the summer months. Just like the last time, the company delivered and installed these windows very professionally. The crew arrived on time and did a wonderful job.
