Had my furnace ducts cleaned a few months ago only to be told that it couldn't be finished and I had to rebook and pay again due to the vents being more dirty then expected I found this extremely unprofessional i basically paid for half the job to be done and since its been "cleaned" my daughter is constantly coughing due to asthma which is why i wanted them cleaned out in the first place and I think it made it worse honestly and as well i had to get them to come back to plug holes they left in my ducts very dissatisfied with this service I recieved even had an abundance of dirt in my carpets and around my furnace that I had to clean myself. Edit: the issue is currently being resolved and I recieved quick and thorough explanation of the process unfortunately I was not home during the whole cleaning and they will return and redo the process for me which I'm happy with and thankful for I know that I was recommended highly of this company and in the end they did meet my expectations.

I can not say enough good things about Canada duct Ltd. When we went through a cold snap and the temperatures dropped to -45 my furnace stopped working I went in to a pacnic as I have young children and my house temperature dropped EXTREMELY low .. I called multiple companies and I was told they couldn't get me in till late at night or first thing in the am but I could not wait that long because of the kids but also it was too cold to risk my pipes freezing and bursting but even though Canada duct ink was in the middle of a job he still stopped and helped me on the phone through each step and got my furnace back running . I can't thank you enough!!! HIGHLY recommend

Our furnace is not functioning well, ATCO told us that the furnace board needs to be replaced, other guy said the blower and vacuum needs to be replaced also, so we tried other company, which is Canada Duct LTD. Peter fixed our furnace without breaking our bank. He absolutely knows what he is doing. He did a very amazing and excellent job for us today. He worked effectively and efficiently. He is very professional. Highly recommended.

Within a few hours the motor was installed and working for a very reasonable price. He even followed up with me the next day to see if I had any concerns or questions.
