Chad, general manager from the commercial division was so easy to deal with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different products Blind Magic offers and just an all around great guy. During our interaction I felt listened to and presented with workable solutions to all my window covering questions. As for the installation, Dan was another positive experience. Dan was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and another great friendly person. Thank you so much, Blind Magic, for my beautiful new blinds.

Service Manager Dave is not just knowledgeable and helpful, but also someone you can trust. When I had a broken shade from another manufacturer, he didn't hesitate to help! With his advice, I was able to do the repair. I am so impressed that I will bring all my future business to Dave and Blind Magic.

We contacted Blind Magic and worked with Chad for an emergency related to a renovation of a large project. Chad and his Team assessed our situation promptly, professionally and had solutions sent our way in a timely fashion. The quality of the work was excellent and they went above and beyond working with the tenant through the scope required to ensure satisfaction of all stakeholders. Just a warning to anyone who's going to purchase the Hunter Douglas light lock, don't. Thousands of dollars and it does almost nothing. A year later it hasn't been resolved. Photo was taken at 7am on June 20th. This is the product even after it was "improved"

Selecting blinds for a new home can be a stressful and frustrating experience. Elizabeth at Blind Magic was wonderful to work with. She was calm, methodical and made sure we knew all our options. Scott took care of measurements and installation and was in and out of the house in an hour. I highly recommend the Blind Magic team if you are in the market for a reasonably priced yet high end product.
