We wanted to renovate our master bathroom after a shower leak. We chose Scott Arthur for our cabinets because we've heard a lot of good things about the company and its history in Edmonton.
We first met with Shawn (the owner) after our initial quote and he was thorough and helpful and heavily involved EVERY step of the way. Scott and his team were courteous, professional and punctual at all times and delivered a high quality product on time.
What was really impressive to me was Shawn's effort to check in with us every step of the way. His customer service was top notch the way he checked in on us every step of the way to make sure we were happy was what made us feel like we were his number one customer.
Overall, I'm extremely happy with the final product and customer service and I'm looking forward to working with Shawn for our future projects.
I set up a meeting with Shawn (Owner) at Scott Arthur Millwork & Cabinetry in November of 2022 after a search for "face frame inset cabinetry" lead me to their website. Our first meeting was such a great experience! Because of that initial impression, we didn't consider anyone else for the project and entrusted Shawn, Jemmah and the Scott Arthur team with all our new build cabinetry (kitchen, laundry room, bathroom vanities) in Yorkton, Saskatchewan.
It was a large investment, especially being nine hours from the city, but...it was worth every penny and then some! I was very specific in what I wanted for each space and the design process/correspondence leading up to and during production was seamless - and fun! Justin and Bryce completed the install, and their workmanship far exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail with every aspect of install was amazing and so appreciated. Without hesitation, I would recommend Scott Arthur Millwork & Cabinetry to anyone starting a renovation or new build. It's worth the extra cost a million times over and I would encourage anyone in the infancy stages of planning for a project - adjust elsewhere to fit Scott Arthur into the budget. The cabinetry they created for us in our new home is something we will cherish for years to come!

We recently had a built in wall unit designed and installed by Scott Arther Millwork and Cabinetry. The end product was a beautiful high quality finished crafted piece of furniture. It was a pleasure working with Shawn and Jemmah on this project and the entire process was from start to finish was professional in every sense. If you are looking for a custom design, I would highly recommend to anyone to follow up with Scott Arthur Millwork and Cabinetry for your project.

Recently my husband and I worked with Shawn at Scott Arthur to design and build a custom wine room in our newly purchased condo in downtown Edmonton. We were thoroughly impressed with the high attention to detail, consistent communication and the end product!
Shawn was always ready to offer suggestions or perspective based on his work with other clients, and our room turned out better than we could have expected. The team that we dealt with onsite was considerate, cleaned up after themselves, and anytime something was not done to perfection, it was noted and addressed before we had to follow up.
The quality and craftsmanship is top level - this quote was higher than some of the others we received, but it was worth every penny we paid, and would highly recommend Scott Arthur if you are considering a custom project. We are looking forward to using them again in the future!

We worked with Shawn at Scott Arthur Millwork for our basement bar and vanity. Shawn was approachable and very easy to work with. He offered custom designs and drawings to truly bring the project alive, even before starting construction. During the planning, we were allowed to customize our cabinets as much as we wanted, from colour and choosing cabinet doors to choosing types of joins and hardware. The product is stunning! The installers were timely and respectful, working with us to ensure we were totally happy with the end product. The cabinets are beautiful and high quality!
We would not hesitate to work with Scott Arthur again for our next Millwork project!

Highly recommend, would use again in the future. Beautiful, quality, custom cabinetry & custom colour. Line by line estimate so I could see what & where the costs are. Job was completed in the time frame that I was given right from the beginning. Expert, punctual, quiet, organized & tidy employees. Seamless booking outlined & communicated to me as to when the plumbing, electrical trades would be present. Owner takes care of all the billing, phone calls, 'to do list', trades & made sure I was happy. Scott Arthur Millwork & Cabinetry Ltd. really does care. Our new kitchen is spectacular.

Scott Arthur is one of the best companies in Edmonton to work with. Shawn the owner is as talented as they come, and I consider him now a true friend. Their attention to detail and quality is world class, and they never let us down. They were partnered with us to manufacture and install trophy cabinets at the Go Center. Our joint venture was very successful, and the client was very happy with the results.
