We built a two-story garage about six years ago. Soon after the install, our breaker started tripping very easily. Even using just one small power tool would trip the breaker. Then, a couple of electrical outlets started blinking red showing that something was wrong. So, for the last six years I’ve been cursing Tiger Electrics name, but I never bothered to actually reach out to them. Last weekend I emailed them a salty message about how bad the power has been. Monday morning first thing I get a call from the owner, I think his name is Daryl. He explains to me that the panel we have, had some issues with the breakers as it was new technology at the time which causes them to trip easily and that there is an easy fix. He had someone out to fix it within a week, the employees were very friendly and on time. They didn’t charge me even though it had been a long time. So the fault was mine, I should have called Tiger Electric earlier but even so, they made it right. The employees told me to give them a shout if there are any other issues. In my experience the construction industry generally has pretty poor customer service, but these guys are different. As soon as I talked to the owner, I knew they’d take care of our situation. The problem is now fixed, I just did some tests and it seems to work great. I will update if anything changes, but as far as I can tell Tiger Electric has exceptional service and I highly recommend them. We are going to be doing a Reno soon and we will book them for that work. Thanks guys, next time I won’t wait half a decade to call ya!

We did a full house renovation and hired Tiger to do all of the electrical work on our 1989 home. This included a previously undeveloped basement, and complete electrical overhaul on our main floor and upstairs, for a total of around 4,000 sq ft. The Tiger team was FANTASTIC to work with, right from the planning stage on blueprints in their office, the quoting, the crew on-site, and warranty work afterwards (of which there was very little). Out of all the various trades and companies we worked with on the renovation, Tiger was the best organized and easiest to deal with. I would definitely recommend for electrical work for a full home renovation and for smaller electrical jobs around the house as well.

We decided on Tiger Electrical because of a referral we received. We were pleasantly surprised when we received a courtesy call a day prior letting us know when the crew will show up the next day. As promised, the two electricians showed up exactly on time (exact to the minute!). As soon as they arrived, they introduced themselves, talked about exactly what they were going to do and all with a mask and using social distance measures the entire time. They were polite, professional, courteous and very considerate of our space. They used drop cloths and vacuumed up any dust and debris after they were finished. I returned home from work only to find a message on my phone asking how everything went (from the owner no less!). If you are looking at hiring a company that will exceed your expectations, look no further than Tiger Electrical. Truly superior service and quality craftsmanship all around. 10 out of 10 in my books!
