Booking online was easy. They showed up on time, had a quick talk about setting up. They also took a picture to show an issue with the gutters, that I might want to address -- no pressure, just information.

Advanced Gutter Services from the first phone call were very professional, pleasant and quickly emailed us a very reasonable estimate. We were able to get them to come out and clean out our gutters, downspouts and repaired anything that needed fixed within two days. They showed up on time and worked quickly! They did a great job!

Terrible job and difficult-to-deal-with crew. Do not hire this company. I've never seen such horrible work. Gutters were "cleaned" by taking handfuls of debris from the gutter and throwing the stuff into my garden on one side of the house (they did bag debris from 2 other sides, it would seem). They left mud and other debris in the gutters they "cleaned": no cleaning or rinsing out; they just took out what they could grab in their hand. They didn't clean the gutters on one whole side of my house because they said it was already "clean." A friend took photos after, and there was 1/4 inch of shingle debris along the whole gutter, which does not constitute a "clean" gutter. The person "cleaning" the windows on the outside just ran a brush with water (and maybe some soap?) across the windows and left them wet and streaky. They were packing up to leave after being here only an hour, and I realized then that the outside windows were not clean. I told the person doing the windows outside that they were not clean, and he just said "that's how we do it. That's the window cleaning business," and he continued packing up. I went out to the car as they were packing up to tell the other worker the outside windows were not clean, and he came back and cleaned them properly with a rag and squeegee while the first guy just stood by the car, refusing to do any of the work. They refused to wipe down the window tracks, even when I showed them that this task was on the estimate. They also left some windows dirty; they only wipe whatever they can reach without opening the windows, leaving any double sliding windows dirty inside. Also, the company only tells you you have to remove your screens and clean them yourself after they give you the quote and schedule the job. I have had this job done many times before, and the cleaners always do the full job: inside, outside, screens, wipe down tracks, etc.). The job was rescheduled once, but on the rescheduled day, the workers showed up at 8 in the morning instead of 3pm (which was the time I'd agreed to). I wasn't willing to reschedule again, so I let them start at 8 and shifted my own plans to fit their scheduling error. I soon realized that I had to supervise the workers the whole time, and even then, they didn't do a proper job of cleaning, and their communication was terrible. They also used my hose and just left it strewn across the yard, left divets in the grass from the ladder, and stomped on plants in my garden when they were cleaning the windows outside. I emailed the company right away, told them about the issues, and let them know I would not let anyone from there set foot on my property again, given the mess they'd left, how they had acted towards me, and the damaged plants. They offered to send another crew or the site supervisor over to fix the job, but I had such a bad experience, that I refuse to have them on my property again. They kept saying they "understood," but then kept wanting to send another crew over. They don't seem to understand that I have no reason to trust that another crew they send will be any better or cause less damage. The first one was SO BAD! The company offered me a 25% discount, which is not enough. They did a 50% job. If I could give less than one star, I would. The photos are from AFTER the gutter and window cleaning job was supposedly done.
