Our inspector explained everything to us and made it easy to understand what was going on, and provided us with the option to continue reaching out to the company if we had any further questions down the line. This company worked as best as they could around our complicated, last minute schedule. They are very kind. The home inspection itself really impressed me, the inspector was very clear and knowledgeable. We had an inspection done on a 1955 rural farm house. They have experience with rural property (septic tank, Well water testing etc). The report was available quickly(the same evening) and is very informative. Should we move again in the future, I would absolutely use them again. I will be recommending them to family and friends in the future.

We used Fortified Home Inspections for our pre home purchase inspection on a modular home. Everything was so simple and streamlined from the start! I booked online very easily, it was super convenient. Everything is emailed to you and you have an account set up to view appointment details and pay your invoice. Christopher did our inspection and was awesome. We were so happy with how thorough of a job he did! As first time home buyers we really weren’t sure what to expect but wanted to make sure what we were purchasing was in good shape. The inspection gave us so much peace of mind. He went through everything with us in great detail at the end and answered all our questions. The next day we had our report. It had everything written up in sections and even included photos and videos! Can’t recommend these guys enough, ask for Chris and you won’t be disappointed :)
