We just had Acclaimed! move our furnace vent and do maintenance + cleaning on our 2 furnaces. Overall the experience was great, excellent communication from the company and employees throughout the process, and really friendly workers who were knowledgeable and helpful. I love that they text you when the employee is arriving rather than have us just wait around wondering like so many other service companies. It's a great system. They are coming back to mount the vent on the outside of the house sometime in the next week and I'm sure they will follow through with it. Our cat freaked out and bolted outside while they were cleaning, they warned us to keep an eye on the animals and we did try, but she escaped. For a brief period we were worried she got sucked up by the vacuum, we got in touch with them and they seemed genuinely concerned about our cat. Fortunately, like they said, she showed up a couple hours later as she was hiding. Keep the critters in check while they clean! Overall highly recommend this company!
Huge shout out to Justin and his team for coming out and working so hard on resolving my air conditioner problems. I recently moved into a central neighborhood infill. Having been a very satisfied customer of Keven the owner in the past, I knew I would be using Acclaimed if I ever needed to install central air. What I didn’t anticipate was a cranky neighbor who was upset with any noise coming from the unit once installed. The team came back several times and even reinstalled and replaced the unit. Big thank you to Justin who was amazing! Also the other 2 team member who assisted. Also shout out to Leanne, Dustin and of course Keven! Happy to recommend this local company who cares.

The "my AC unit is dead, I need a new one" conversation is usually tilted towards the vendor knows the industry inside and out, and consumer knows very little. Luc on the education, "here's your options side" to Stephanie and Mason on the installation side, were top drawer. Acclaimed is business where phone calls/texts/emails are responded to very timely and professionally. No worries recommending them every day.

I would highly recommend this company. Luc came to our house and gave us an estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was never pushy and really took his time to go through everything with us.
The guys that did the installation were the best. Justin was so accommodating and really took his time with the install. We had a furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank all replaced and they did a phenomenal job. These guys know what they’re doing.
It’s pretty obvious by all the great reviews that this company really cares about customer service and making sure things are done right.

We had our furnace cleaning completed by Acclaimed recently. Our technician Max did a great job! He was super efficient and we were also able to get our bathroom vents cleaned at the same time.

I had my furnace replaced last August and added an air conditioner. I had several quotes and I chose Acclaimed as they are a family run business and their service is excellent with very friendly staff. Luc was my salesman. I was impressed on his thoroughness in explaining everything and his patience with dealing with someone who knew nothing about furnaces and air conditioners.
Ed came out today to check the thermostat and air flow of the furnace and did some adjustments which I am very satisfied with. I was very impressed with his service . They are quick to respond to any service or questions.
I would highly recommend Acclaimed!

We had Acclaimed Heating come in to do an estimate for a gas line to a new stove and replace our furnace. Luc was professional, knowledgeable and was able to provide an estimate quickly. The crew (Stephanie and Justin) came in on time as scheduled, did the work we had contracted for, cleaned up and left. Luc followed up the next day to make sure that things were as they should be.
We are quite pleased to recommend the work done Acclaimed.

Acclaimed installed our central A/C last summer, and did a great job. They were my first call when our water heater went. They were able to replace it same day, with a quality install at a fair price. Tanner was a excellent installer for both jobs. Appreciate the good work.
