I have dealt with Hussien a couple times. First time he directed me, by phone what to check and it corrected my issue. Second time I was out of the country, when my app alerted me of no heat and temperature dropping in the house. I contacted him, after hours on a Saturday, and within hours he had the heat back on. I found his charges very reasonable and he trusted me to clear up the bill till when I arrived back to the city. So I haven’t actually meet Hussien personally yet, however I would definitely recommend him. Service is outstanding . Thanks you again Hussien!
