ProSolutions was the ONLY company I called for a free estimate. I have to mention that because not only was our estimate done the very same day within hours of intake, our air conditioner was able to be installed the very next day! I was worried that because I live in an older house, there would be hidden costs associated with our electrical, But Calvin guided us every step of the way. He was kind, respectful of our home and helpful during this process. Not to mention had great taste in music while working! I definitely would recommend ProSolutions to anyone looking to add value and comfort to their home.

Carter and Hunter came out to replace my furnace and install my AC unit. Respectful, polite, efficient, professional, plus a great service. The work was tidy - all the lines were tucked in neatly to bulkheads, and all the boxes and old furnace parts were cleared away. If your furnace has to be replaced, at least it should be this pain free. They even took their shoes off at the door. (Hats off to Kyle - the first call out tech who broke down why replacing was better and safer than repairing my old, damaged model - it was potentially leaking CO through the heat exchange). Great team all around!

Back on November 30th my old furnace died (even after another company said it would be good for the winter) I called pro solutions, and Ryan came out to see my furnace. It was decided that it needed to be replaced and 2 days later the Pro solutions team came in to install the new one. Come April, I wanted the AC added to the unit, so I contacted Pro Solutions, Ryan came out, got everything set up, picked a date and got it done. Unfortunately, there was a small error made during that install, but Pro Solutions went above and beyond to make sure I got what I paid for and customer satisfaction is met. The team of Ryan, Ambrose and Tyson were in the next day, making sure that everything was installed properly and they did an AMAZING job on putting in a very clean and AC/Furnace install. I will highly recommend anyone to Pro Solutions, ask for Tech Ryan as he is REALLY good at what he does. being a former mechanic myself, its hard to find people who strive for perfection in their work, but Ryan Ambrose and Tyson did just that the next day. And also, the team was very nice to my old senior cat, giving him attention every time they saw him which made him at ease as he normally gets stressed out with strangers in the house.

Sergio was amazing. We were stuck in a pickle with a tank that wouldnt heat. Tank replacements were days away with a lot of companies we called, Sergio stepped in and help us install a new tank himself. He was awesome!! Great to work with. I had pro solutions out in 2022 to install a new a/c unit. Fast forward to spring 2024, I had to have unit temporarily detached for a foundation repair. I had a different company come to reattach unit and they informed me pro solutions did not install a filter dryer during original install. Tech said this was very odd. He had to go pick up the part to reinstall unit correctly which cost me extra time and labour. I reached out to pro solutions for help with this cost and they have informed me they are not going to help! THIS COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK. I don’t write very many reviews but felt the need to here to protect other prospective customers. Do you want to hire a company that doesn’t stand by their work? I strongly recommend you find someone else for plumbing or hvac work. I will never call them again and make sure none of my friends or family do.

Got a new furnace from Pro Solutions, dispatch was great to talk to everyone was great to work with the furnace was having issues, thought it was a lemon furnace but turns out it was a wiring problem. Ryan Crawford did a great job diffusing the problem and re wiring it to run efficiently and also taught me about the furnace as well. Great company to go with they’ll have your back to fix and correct anything. Ryan Crawford was a great help.

Paul and his partner came and installed a new Tosot mini ductless split system. I had two of these over the years but these guys removed the old one and ran, tied up the lines neater than anyone has done in the past. Very friendly yet job focused, would highly recommend these young gentleman!

Our hot water tank died and we needed quick service on a replacement. We called Pro Solutions to provide an estimate. They were out within a few hours and provided several options for a replacement system. The options included different manufacturers of on demand hot water systems and the brand we wanted. Their prices were very competitive and they were able to come the next day to do the installation which we required as we were without hot water. The techs were knowledgeable and did a good install and left our mechanical room very clean. The only challenge was that their supplier gave them a propane unit instead of natural gas, once installed they did have to swap the entire unit out which took a few extra hours. I would not hesitate to use Pro Solutions again in the future.
