My air-conditioner wasn't working. I called, talked to a very nice, easy to understand, polite individual. Appointment booked for the same day! Ian pulled up, gave advice on my furnace, thermostat, and upkeep of my air-conditioner. Fixed the issue immediately! Ian was professional, understanding, helpful, and personable! As I enjoy the cool air I am grateful for this company and the service provided.

Because they charge a $125 dispatch fee, it is hard to say no to their additional charges. My technician ended up charging me an additional $300 for work that did not require that price tag. I would like to see their pricing structure for how they determine the cost of their services. Outrageous. Edit: The response given to my review is that the company employs a "flat rate" pricing that ensures a "fair price" that "protects the consumer". There is no substance to these claims, and I can guarantee you that the price offered is not fair. Please, elaborate on the "flat rate" you offer for your services. Be specific. Otherwise, it really seems like you subjectively hike the price after locking in the customer with a $125 dispatch fee, which I would have thought covers the travel expenses you somehow also applied to this remarkably fluid "flat rate".

I recently had an A/C installed by Rob's. I will highlight the excellent customer service and business support from Chris and Simon on the front end - the pricing was competitive and they took their time to help me understand my needs. As well as Mike and Liam on the install were a great team who were friendly and thorough, and the electricians that wired it up were excellent too. Everyone showed up on time for the install, so it was seamless - even though it was pouring rain. Worksite was left clean, wiring was neat and tidy and I am really happy with the A/C unit overall.
