These guys were initially pleasant to deal with, but once installation was done my electric stovetop didn't work- it was taken out for countertop installation and I suspected they hadn't hooked it up correctly when they put it back in. I asked that they come back to fix it and was met with much resistance. I sent photographic evidence that it had worked before the installation, and Harol was continuously insistant (and ultimately rather rude) that it had broken because it was an older model, that I waited a week to turn on the stovetop (because we had literally just moved in when countertops were installed and we were too wiped and too busy to cook until we were more settled) and that it was not a job for them, and that I spend MORE money (even after paying them over 4k) to get an electrician in. If they took the stovetop out and hooked it back up incorrectly and insisted it was out of their range when asked to come back and fix it, why are they doing jobs with electrics that they're not capable of/comfortable with in the first place? Luckily a family member is familiar with electric work and after much trouble we figured out that it was indeed a hookup error when the stovetop was put back in- and that my stovetop was NOT broken as the contractors insisted and that it was just put in incorrectly. As I suspected. If you do go with these guys, check everything THOROUGHLY before they leave. It may save you a headache and unpleasant exchanges.
