We ordered our roof in the fall and tried to pay for the shingles to hold the price but were assured that ther would be no increase until April. then were shocked to find out that there had been an increase of $600. for our quote. I was not impressed I asked if they were going to honour the price and the rep said they would. while I have no issues with the workmanship. I was surprised when the only call I got was from a secretary asking for the money. No one called to ask how everything was. My only other issue was that they threw all the left over shingles and unused ones into the bin to go to the dump. As these were supposed to be recyclable I thought they should go into the scrap tire to be reused, however after we dug out as much as we could then took them to the city they refused to take them to recycle and said we wer to throw them in the garbage and we were lucky she wasn't going to charge us for it. So much for recycling and reusing.

I have to say i’m very happy I chose to go with Advanced Roofing Systems. I’ve seen more than 5 roofing companies in my cul de sac. Call me biased but I believe mine was completed the best and most professional. The set up, workmanship, clean as you go (within reason, it is a construction site for one or two days) that the Foreman maintained was excellent, no neighbor complained, it was a fun experience. Dan was very helpful with answering any questions I had during my process which made it even more fun

Their site guys are super friendly and very open about everything they are doing and why. They take pride in their company name and being a top roofing company. They have trusting recommendations they can offer for roof related items, such as sun tunnels, as well. They don’t avoid contact ever.

We used this company to replace our garage roof shingles. They were easy to work with, explained the process, supplies and work involved so it was easy to understand. Price quote was great and lower than other companies that we received quotes from. Their turn around time from quote to completion was fast and the work itself was done quickly and they cleaned up great after. 10/10 would recommend.
